Christine Roberts, Human Resources Administrator

Christine has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations work. She has particular strengths in benefits administration; the development, implementation and oversight of employee related policies and procedures as well as in regulatory research and application; and internal training and development. She works directly with management and employee personnel in guiding decision-making affecting individuals and the company.

Ms. Roberts has earned the PHR Certification in Human Resources and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Human Resources Association of Treasure Valley (HRATV).

Jenny Breier, Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Jenny Breier is involved in most programs and projects related to human resource management and training and development. She is responsible for the company's associate recognition program and the wellness program, serving as team leader for the wellness committee. Jenny has oversight responsibilities for the company's HR recordkeeping and compliance. Jenny has a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
