Sherry G. Dyer, Director
Sherry Dyer brings 25 years of experience in organization development, human resource management and development, labor relations, and quality management. Her positive impact has been felt throughout businesses, non-profits and other organizations.
Ms. Dyer was employed by Boise Cascade Corporation for 20 years, holding management positions in Organizational Development, Employee Relations/Human Resources Management, Training and Quality Management. She spent several years as owner of an independent consulting and training company, joining Pacific Western Training in 1994. She completed the Kellogg Executive Development program at Northwestern University in Chicago and majored in business at Boise State University. She is a certified trainer/consultant for the MBTI, Development Dimensions Inc., Frontline Leadership, and Blanchard Training and an invited speaker at conferences and retreats.
As Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development for Oppenheimer Companies, Ms. Dyer is a member of the senior executive team, focusing her leadership on strategic planning, process improvement and organization and management development. Ms. Dyer is a member of national and international leadership and quality organizations and serves on boards and commissions.
Ms. Dyer designs and delivers many popular workshops, including classes on Supervision and Coaching Skills, Facilitation Skills, Presentation Skills and Team Skills.

Christine Roberts, Human Resources Administrator
Ms. Roberts provides expertise and advice on employee policies, compensation trends and tools, and recruiting and retention strategies. She also conducts training for customers on topics such as interviewing, coaching skills, and respectful workplace.
Kathryn Sunday, Administrative Assistant
Ms. Sunday prepares training materials, develops meeting records and plan documents for customers, and organizes customer meetings and training sessions.
Tamara Brown, Clerical Assistant
Ms. Brown handles customer inquiries and processes customer meeting records.
Consultants
Pacific Western Training contracts with other highly qualified facilitators and consultants to ensure customer needs are met. These subcontractors have a broad range of expertise and add unique strengths to our ability to serve our customers effectively.
